We had an absolutely fantastic bike tour through Manhattan with our guide Bob! From the very beginning, Bob made us feel welcome and relaxed. He is friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and clearly loves New York. Cycling through Manhattan was an amazing way to experience the city. Bob took us past many of the major highlights, but what made the tour really special were his stories, local knowledge, and interesting details about the places we visited. He knew exactly where to stop and always made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe while cycling through the busy streets of New York. The pace was perfect: relaxed enough to enjoy the surroundings, but with plenty to see during the 3.5-hour tour. Bob’s enthusiasm and sense of humor made the whole experience even more enjoyable. This was definitely one of the highlights of our stay in New York. If you want to discover Manhattan in a fun, active, and personal way, we highly recommend this bike tour — and especially Bob as your guide! I rented a bike from Unlimited Biking and it just wasn’t right. Within 30 minutes I brought it back to the shop rather than force myself to keep riding something I wasn’t comfortable on. That’s where the real problem started. Customer service strung me along for hours. First I got a message from “Kriz” saying my refund request had been noted and would be brought to management for review. No promises, but framed like there was a real chance. Hours later, a completely different rep, Felix, followed up with a flat no: no refunds, period, per their policy. Instead I was offered store credit I never asked for and don’t want, which does nothing for someone who just wanted their money back for an unusable rental. The switch between reps is what really gets me. One person implies there’s hope, then a few hours later someone else closes the door and pivots straight to a retention pitch: browse our events, browse our locations, here’s your consolation prize. It felt less like customer service and more like a script designed to wear you down until you accept credit instead of cash. If you rent from Unlimited Biking, hope nothing goes wrong with your bike, because if it does, don’t expect a refund. Expect a runaround and a gift card you didn’t ask for.

Karl was absolutely incredible! He was super knowledgeable and kind and gave us so many recommendations throughout the tour. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to sightsee Munich. We stopped at the beer garden during the tour and were able to order our own food and beer.

We did a walking tour of the gardens and then toured the palace. Tour guide Toby was very knowledgeable. As it was a private tour always checking in with us due to extreme heat. Would highly recommend the tour and starting the tour early in the morning.
