Had a very easy time renting bikes here. Quick and fun way to tour DC. Really nice bike paths. Provided us with everything needed for the day such as bike lock, helmets were offered and a map of the city. Bike had small luggage rack on back and small bag on the front. One thing would make it really efficient would be phone holders so you can map your route on phone and not rely on trying to read a map and ride at the same time. We opted for the E-bike. Not all flat riding and I am grandma. Will use Unlimited bikes again. Thank you
