My bike was in the shop. I was able to rent one from them that I could use for a couple hours. It was a decent bike! They were friendly and even flexible about when I could pick it up! The shop is literally right by the trail too! It’s a good service.

Great, easy and quick check in. Good standard of bikes. You can always tell the quality of a company when a customer encounters a problem. We had a flat rear tyre 5 miles out of DC. We phoned the help line number and communicated by WhatsApp our location. We had a phone call to say how long they would be and that a different bike was coming! Within 30 minutes our saviour Jay arrived in his pick up truck. What a star!!
