(Translated by Google) I do not recommend Unlimited Biking for several reasons: 1/ safety => no helmet provided and no bell on one of the two bikes, 2/ the rear tire was flat on the route but no pump available, 3/ the seat rotated and lowered itself throughout the entire ride, 4/ the map provided was not very clear (other providers do much, much better), and finally 5/ reservation of regular bikes in advance with no possibility of changing to electric bikes on site. A LITTLE TIP FOR THOSE READING THIS: rent electric bikes!! (Original) Je ne recommande pas Unlimited Biking pour plusieurs raisons : 1/ la sécurité => pas de prêt de casque et pas de sonnette sur 1 des 2 velo, 2/ roue arrière dégonflée sur le parcours mais pas de pompe à disposition, 3/ selle qui tourne et se baisse toute seule pendant tout le trajet, 4/ le plan fourni qui n'est pas très clair (d'autres prestataires font beaucoup beaucoup mieux) et enfin 5/ reservation de vélos simples au préalable avec impossibilité de changer pour des vélos électriques sur place. PETIT CONSEIL A CEUX QUI ME LISENT : louez des vélos électriques !!

We were lucky that our tour had no others booked so we had our wonderful guide Sam all to ourselves. He had amazing knowledge and was engaging and interesting with some props to help explain his stories. We loved the distance we biked and the places we went. We chose ebikes which was better because we got to go to East Side Gallery and in the heat it was faster biking so cooler air. Sam found shady spots with seats because my teen was a bit jetlagged. The lunch venue had some loud construction across the road. A different beer garden would have been nicer.
