Did a bike tour led by Shumit and it was great. Knowledge and nice guy. Led us through the whole park and accommodated Everyone’s needs. Would highly recommend!

Out with Joe and Tim today for a 2 hour tour of DC. Took in so many monuments and they both really knew their stuff. Great tour guides. Although the weather was drizzly we still had a fantastic time. Highly recommended!

Well, the bikes are nice! Now, imagine that you let someone on the phone charge your credit card over $100, and then you find there is no store located at the listed address, and you call the number, and speak to someone in a different city who can't tell you how to find the store--which is actually temporarily located a block away, and has no signage.

Pros- Great location. Fair pricing. Not scammy feeling like the other places. Professional feeling operation. Decent bike selection. Some staff were friendly and responsive. Cons- we booked 2 large standard men's hybrid bikes. Once there, the guy handing out bikes was insistent that we take medium womens step through hybrids - even through the ones we reserved were right there. It took some arguing and eye rolls from the dude to get it right. Wife suffered a broken derailer mount up by thr GW Bridge. The bike was un-ridable, however they couldn't come get us. We had to struggle though rush hour subway with bikes. Upon return, they did quickly get us a new bike, and didn't charge us anything (get the insurance). I would have liked that they throw us a bone for 50% off her fee.
