We had a tour with Angie today. She was incredible, super knowledgeable, and clearly loves Barcelona. She even took us to a lovely empanada spot when we started to get hungry. I would recommend to anyone coming to Barcelona. Such a wonderful way to see the city and Angie was a terrific guide.

Customer service was extremely favorable at the store! Our tour guide Charlie was a rock star and was very informative and knowledgeable when asked questions. Charlie was very attentive and asked repeatedly if anyone had any questions. Overall this was a great experience and my wife and I would highly recommend this tour!

We had a great experience with unlimited biking. We booked a tour through Central Park with Carla, and really enjoyed that she had great facts and stories about New York and Central Park, and spoke perfectly French. She was really nice, let us plenty of time to explore the park at each stop we made, and even offered to take some picture of us. The biking tour allowed us to really get the feeling and see a lot of Central Park, which would have not been possible by foot. Everything was also really safe, unlimited biking provided us some helmet and even elastic for my flared pants! Really recommend this experience and booking a tour with Carla! 😊

The idea is great, the actual tour could be good. Our tour people were late and they waited for them. In addition there was a booking confusion with others which also took time to get through. We started the tour an hour late without the late comers (finally). The tour goes from the office to the grounds. Then back to the office and you do the castle on your own. So … you get the train, find the bike store, do the bike portion passing the castle twice and then walk back to the castle to do a self tour after the biking portion. At that point the castle is super crowded and you’re tired… and walk back to the train station. There has to be a better way. The guide was nice but rushed because we started late. I plus rent the bikes and do a self tour. At least you can then do your own planning.

We did a Mall tour on Memorial Weekend with 2 kids (9&12). Our guide Greg H. was great, very knowledgeable on the city, and attentive to any problem in the group (10 people total). Bikes were in good condition, they had appropriate size for the kids and helmets to fit everyone. A great experience!
