We just finished the Brooklyn Bike Tour and LOVED IT!!! Our tour guide was Ben, who was so lovely, informative - learnt so much!!! - plus so professional - making sure we had great bikes and giving us an overview of how our tour would be, where to etc. As a bit of a control freak, I appreciated this level of detail! We saw so many great spots and hit all the great areas with pics (including the famous Insta-pic area in Brooklyn). Riding over the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges was such a treat. Highly recommend Unlimited Biking, esp Ben - and also Dan who does the Central Park Bike Tour! Thanks guys!!! 🚲

Easy to book, friendly service in English and German, bikes were in great shape. I’ve rented bikes in many cities and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. Strongly recommend!

We’ve done other Fat Tire tours and they never disappoint, and having been to Rome a few times already, we wanted to do something off the beaten path. Lorena our guide was absolutely wonderful. It was very helpful to have an audio set up so we could listen to her give directions as we pedaled. She was great at keeping our group together. We learned so many new things from Lorena about Rome and its history as we toured the various parts of the city. The total trip was about 4-5 miles, and not too hilly. We had a few minutes at some of the areas to walk around.

The reservation was easy but the guy who helped us at the rental was very condescending and rude. We asked for more air in a tire and he lectured us on how he was an engineer and we didn’t know any better. There was also something wrong with one of our bikes and the gears wouldn’t shift properly leading to injury. Probably wouldn’t recommend but they are the only place in the area that does this

This place is fantastic! We rented bikes to do our own bike tour of Miami Beach and Linda was super helpful in getting us setup with our bikes and recommending a route as well as cool spots to check out. Bonus points because she speaks French and because the bikes were in splendid condition.

Great location, quality bikes, good selection and very good service. Rented bikes from this location as a last minute decision. There were lots of bikes to choose from. The bikes were well maintained and comfortable. Hats off to Lynda for great service.

We rented the bikes for the first time for central Park and overall had a great experience. The bikes were in good condition and staff friendly in spite being very busy. Will definitely use them again 😄

Vaclav's bike tour was the perfect way to see Barcelona! His knowledge of the city were fantastic ( it was reallly interesting to hear more about Catalan independence), and all the spots along the way are amazing (I don't want to spoil the surprises). Definitely recommend taking this tour if you want to learn more about Barcelona rather than simply walking around aimlessly.

We booked the Versailles at night with fireworks tour and it was spectacular! The meeting spot was easy to find and getting out to Versailles was uneventful. The ride through town was brief- albeit scary if your 7 year old child is riding on their own and on a semi-busy street with pedestrians and cars. Otherwise, the ride inside palace grounds was so much fun! Our guide Jesse was magnificent! Full of energy and knowledge- he gave a brilliant tour and we all came away with a little more appreciation for the history and landscape of the palace and last few monarchs who lived there. The evening semi-private tour of Versailles paired with the performances and music were a once in a lifetime experience and then meandering the gardens with the light show and music afterwards was the cherry on top!

Great place to rent a bike! Professional and very friendly customer service - we had only 2 hours and we were given great recommendations for 2-hours trips along with the printed map! Electric bikes in very good condition, great location of the rental office. If we visit San Diego again, for sure we will come back here! Definitely recommend this place!

(Translated by Google) A great opportunity to see London from a different perspective. The rental companies are welcoming and share information and advice. However, be aware that London is not a cycling city, and navigating between taxis can be quite an adventure! (Original) Une belle opportunité de voir Londres autrement. Les loueurs sont accueillants et partagent infos et conseils. Attention toutefois, London n’est pas une ville de vélo et circuler entre les taxis est un peu sportif!!!
