The company was easy to deal with but the bikes are pedal assist NOT Electric… everyone who got the smaller bikes struggled to get up hills but the larger bikes worked well. Florence is difficult to navigate as there are LOTS of people. Many locals on the roads are rude so beware! If in a large group, split into smaller ones to make it more enjoyable
