At first glance, everything seemed fine: a pleasant welcome, and the €20 payment per person was processed quickly. It was only after payment that we were informed a €70 deposit per person was required. Despite this surprise, I agreed, offering to leave it in cash to avoid any refund issues. They categorically refused: card only. Upon returning the bicycles, my card encountered a problem with the refund. The person there informed us that the only solution was a bank transfer to our Moroccan account, which presented a problem: Moroccan banking regulations require justification for any foreign transfer within 24 hours, under penalty of being blocked. I explained this risk and logically requested a cash refund—money already in their account—which she refused, claiming she was in a hurry to close up shop and finish her day. We had to urgently contact family and friends in Italy to find an Italian bank account. Eventually, an account was provided, and the person assured us the money would be transferred the next day. We're still waiting. It's been an extremely stressful experience: without this backup plan, we would have lost €140. This company has no contingency plan in case of technical or banking problems, refuses cash even in a crisis, offers no customer service or contact person above the one on site, and refuses to contact management. I strongly advise against using this company. Be very careful: if your card doesn't work for the refund, you risk losing your deposit. This kind of rigidity in handling payments and refunds is disastrous. (Original) J’ai loué deux vélos avec ma femme le 6 juin 2025 entre 14h30 et 17h00. À première vue, tout s’annonçait bien : accueil agréable, paiement de 20€ par personne effectué rapidement. Ce n’est qu’après le paiement qu’on nous informe qu’une caution de 70€ par personne est obligatoire. J’ai accepté malgré cette surprise, en proposant de la laisser en espèces pour éviter tout problème de remboursement. Refus catégorique : carte uniquement. Au retour des vélos, ma carte a rencontré un problème de remboursement. La personne sur place nous informe que la seule solution est un virement bancaire vers notre compte au Maroc, ce qui pose problème : la réglementation bancaire marocaine exige de justifier tout virement étranger dans les 24h, sous peine de blocage. Je lui explique ce risque, et je demande logiquement un remboursement en espèces — argent déjà présent dans leur compte — ce qu’elle refuse, et affirmant être pressée de fermer boutique et finir sa journée. Nous avons dû contacter en urgence famille et amis en Italie pour trouver un compte bancaire italien. Finalement, un compte a été fourni et la personne nous a assuré que l’argent serait viré le lendemain. Nous attendons toujours. C’est une expérience extrêmement stressante : sans ce plan de secours, nous aurions perdu 140€. Cette entreprise n’a aucun plan B en cas de problème technique ou bancaire, refuse le cash même en situation bloquée, n’offre aucun service client ou interlocuteur au-dessus de la personne sur place, et refuse de contacter la direction. Je déconseille fortement cette entreprise. Soyez très prudents : si votre carte ne fonctionne pas pour le remboursement, vous risquez de perdre votre caution. Ce genre de rigidité dans la gestion des paiements et remboursements est catastrophique.

Dan , our guide today for our 2hr Central Park bike ride was fantastic. Full of knowledge, fun facts and involved all the nationalitys on his tour , with little sing songs! He kept the group safe throughout the busy park and stayed woth the bikes and belongings whilst we pictured our favourite spots

We had an incredible experience with Unlimited Biking in Washington, DC! Our tour guide, Mark, was phenomenal—his knowledge of the monuments and history of the city was impressive and made the tour both informative and engaging. He kept the pace comfortable for everyone and added fun facts along the way that really brought the landmarks to life. Highly recommend this tour and definitely ask for Mark if you can!

We were two adults who had not biked for quite some time. Enjoyed using the E-bikes to give us a little boost. Sitting in “the saddle” as much as we did means we are still a bit sore two days later. But we have no regrets! (Maybe I will wear padded bike shorts, the next time I get chance to ride, but I’d totally do it again on any similar tours! Our guide Joe had a good delivery that included all the group, people who are US citizens and visitors from other countries! We did an evening tour in June. Gorgeous views, especially at dusk and later!
