We had a great time touring Central Park despite the rain. The check in process was easy and straightforward. Chuck was an excellent guide. He was friendly, informative and knowledgeable. We had a small group of about 10, including families from Finland and Mexico. We rented e-bikes, but they weren’t necessary as you can only go as fast as the slowest person in the group, and the terrain is mostly flat. Stick with a traditional bike if you’re on a tour. We were soaked but smiling when we finished.

We had an amazing tour with Binti in sun rain and thunder storms but nothing phased her or in turn us. She was so lovely, fun and joyful which in turn made us all so happy and enjoy our tour. Binti was so lovely and knowledgeable. I really appreciated how she went the extra mile helping our 8 year old when she was feeling nervous because of the passing thunderstorm. Overall, great experience and highly recommend.
