Very fun tour with Günther!

Had a great experience renting bikes here! I’m 193 cm tall and got a large-size bike as recommended — it was super comfortable and perfect for Berlin’s streets. We rented daily for 3 days and didn’t join any tours, just explored on our own, which worked great. One small issue: my lock had a problem on the first day, but the staff kindly replaced it right away. I do wish they had checked it beforehand. Also, my large bike was a bit older compared to the newer red models, but it still rode well. It would have been helpful if they accepted cash as a payment option, and we really would have appreciated the option to add insurance — even though Berlin felt very safe, we were a bit anxious about the risk of theft and the potential replacement fee. All that said, the staff were friendly and helpful, and overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend!

Had a great tour around Central Park with Sarah. She was extremely friendly and enthusiastic and had many nice little stories to tell. An absolute recommendation for German speaking tourists! Check-in and -out at UB was like a breeze.

My family and I had a wonderful time going on a bike tour with Shumit. He was a great tour guide! He taught is all about San Francisco in such engaging and fun ways! I would definitely recommend this company and Shumit as a guide!

Jose was very accomodating, he knew all the sites in detail, answered all our questions and made sure we were all safe and directed us keenly. If I were to book a tour ride again I’d request for Jose as my guide. Definitely booking a ride again once we are back in DC. Thanks to Jose, we are happy.
