Reviews for Unlimited Biking

This is a great way to see San Francisco. Cat was great at getting us set up with the bikes and shumit was a wonderful host. It was nice to learn cool and unique facts about sf and honestly info you’ll never get about sf with other tours. Highly recommend

The guys at the store were very helpful, polite and the whole process was smooth. They clearly knew what they were doing and explained everything very well. The shop was also very clean and welcoming. The bikes were in excellent condition, and comfortable. The gears shifted smoothly and the brakes worked well. They had a great selection of sizes and the ones chosen for us were perfect.

We rented our bikes at Fishman Wharf San Francisco location in late August. I would have given four stars rating, however I noticed our credit card charge, which was taken for security when renting the bikes (we had bike rental vouchers from hotel). The security deposit was never canceled returned, even it's a small amount. (which could add up with all the tourists who might not pay attention to the small charges). I can't be sure if this is unintentional mistake or not. Both shops and consumers should be aware of it!

It was easy to sign up to rent the e-bike on line through the MS site. Picking up the bike at the Mays Landing start point was very easy. My dad was taught how to use the bike. The ride was fabulous and incident free and my dad enjoyed riding this bike and said he would again. When we got down to OC to return the e-bike it was as easy as park the bike here and enjoy your day.
