Matt guided our tour for our family of 5 ages ranging from 3-35! He did great and even laid on his back to take our picture with the Washington Monument! He also guided us safely when it started raining. Highly recommend Matt’s tour!

Best bike rental company in NYC! Service was quick and easy with a very friendly and organized staff. Of all the bike rentals I’ve done in the past in major cities, Unlimited Biking had really nice options for city bikes including Specialized and Cannondale models. Such a nice touch! Would definitely do this again!

Great way to see the sights! Tour went long which was OK. My only complaint was the accessories on the bikes. Many didn’t have headlights that worked, which wasn’t good because it was dark and hard to see. Also no water bottle holders.
