Our family had a great 2 hour tour, with the entertaining and informative Dan (much mentioned in other reviews) as our guide. A highlight of our trip - have rented bikes previously but this guided tour definitely worth the extra money.

Shout out from the 2025 Women’s Triathlon in Philly!! It was a great option to pick up a bike onsite rather than ship my own. More options this year, plus one with a convenient “step-thru” frame!! There’s a bike mechanic at the pick up location, just in case any tinkering needs to happen. Oh! And I even saw a staff member riding the trail with a pump and other supplies to help get participants back on track. When I say they thought of everything…I mean everything!!!

The VIP Versailles Bike Tour with Jen was truly 5 stars. Jen is knowledgeable, sweet, caring, and beyond helpful. What an amazing experience. I would recommend this tour to anyone, particularly with Jen. You’re lucky to have such a dedicated person working for you!

We were placed on the wrong tour by this company and they refused to give us a full refund. Do not book “Alone with the Crown Jewels VIP Tower of London Tour”. They admittedly placed us in the wrong tour than what we paid & signed up for. We arrived at the correct time according to the description only to find out we have to come back in the evening. After rearranging our day, we arrive back that evening only to be told 5 minutes prior that we will not be seeing the Crown Jewels at all. Extremely disappointing. Poor customer service.
