Reviews for Unlimited Biking

We had an unforgettable experience with Unlimited Biking’s Central Park tour! The route was scenic and well-paced, making it a perfect way to explore the park. Our group included my husband, our 12-year-old daughter, and my 70-year-old mum — and it suited all ages wonderfully. Paul Kelly, our guide, was fantastic: knowledgeable, funny, and incredibly thoughtful. He brought the park’s history to life with engaging stories and made sure everyone felt comfortable and included. If you’re considering a bike tour in NYC, Unlimited Biking is a great choice — and if you get Paul, you’re in for a treat!

(Translated by Google) Last Sunday, I went on a bike tour through Paris with UB or Fat Tire. Cycling through Paris exceeded all expectations. The guide effortlessly leads you through the streets of Paris and tells you about the city's highlights along the way. We cycled 10 km in about 3 hours. It's perfectly doable for children too. Fun and informative! (Original) Afgelopen zondag een fietstour door Parijs gedaan met UB of Fat tire. Fietsen door Parijs viel alles mee. De gids loodst je met gemak door de straten van Parijs en vertelt daar over de highlights van de stad. In ongeveer 3 uur 10km gefietst. Ook voor kinderen prima te doen. Leuk en informatief!

We did a private tour of 4 hours with Ben. Great tour guide. He succeeded to explain and show the most important topics of SF in this short notice, gave some extra recommendations to visit during the afternoon and added many fun facts. Would really recommend.

(Translated by Google) Fantastic bike ride, definitely consider an e-bike as it's quite a long route. Our guide was amazing, showing us places only locals know about. The ride was made magical thanks to our guide, Shumit. Thank you! (Original) Super balade en vélo, prendre plutôt un vélo électrique, car trajet assez long. Un guide super qui nous montre des endroits que seuls les locaux connaissent. Balade rendu magique grâce au guide Shumit. Merci à lui.

We had so much fun on the Central Park ride! Dan was a great leader who let us have extra time at various points in the park, played fun music and even took photos/videos of our group while we rode. 10/10. (Side note - no bathroom at the bike place so use before you arrive - although there were opportunities to go in the park if you can wait - Dan made sure of it)

I reached out to UB after renting a bike for a weekend event, explaining that the gears on the bike were shot - even after having three different mechanics along the ride try to make the situation tolerable. Aside from the gears being worn down and not shifting properly the entire 111 miles, the tires and tubes were well on the way out and absolutely should have been replaced before the bike was rented out. Chain also had seen the entirety of its life span. Their solution after I spent a significant amount of money for a terrible product? "We can give you a credit for next time" Unacceptable, all around.
