I loved the tour and our guide Annie was amazing. She really made it worthwhile. But it was too long. I was exhausted by the time we returned for the palace interior tour. We took the free upgrade VIP guided tour of the king’s private quarters and after that went into the Hall of Mirrors then left without seeing anything else. The train transport was easy both there and back. This ride is only foe those with good stamina and a serious interest in Versailles.
