Gunther took the time to explain everything calmly once the group was complete. This was helpful, as it didn't matter whether we were riding in front, behind, or in the middle. Got a groupon for an incredible rate, but when we arrived on a Saturday late morning the line was to the door and took about 45 minutes which was frustrating. Once we got our bikes it was a good experience. They had a whole truck full of bikes. We got the bike for four hours and did a loop of the entire park which took a little over two hours with some stops. When we dropped the bikes off in early afternoon there was no line so I'd avoid weekend mornings next time.

Amazing experience. A fun guide with great sense of humor! My teenage daughter and I loved the tour! One suggestion. Offer pictures on bikes for your guests. Nobody believes me I was biking without a picture haha. I didn't think to ask.

Felt a bit hectic getting the bikes with so many people coming and going but got ours adjusted as we needed and got some comfy cushions which was great 👍 A fun day of bike riding in SF!

We rented a tandem bike to bike through brooklyn and another day we rented two bikes to bike through central park. The bikes were great and had enough gears for a pleasant ride. So I really recommend the unlimited biking company
