Wonderful but misleading tour description. Erik was a fantastic guide. Personable, knowledgeable and attentive to the group. The tour is very interesting but lasts close to 7-7.5 hours BEFORE you get to the palace or the palace gardens. Once you arrive there its already been a full day. The palace + gardens could take another 2-4 hours depending on your interest level, mobility, speed, etc. Based on the tour description we thought we would see everything in about 8.5 hours, and ride bikes in the gardens. We enjoyed this tour very much but if you want to really explore the gardens we highly recommend booking the golf cart. Bikes are not allowed in the gardens. We did bike the massive estate which is stunning. For a local dinner try the delicious Chapeau.
