Coming to this bike shop is such a cheerful experience each time. Raul is truly the best at going beyond customer care to hospitality. We have gotten top performing, well-maintained bikes to choose from everytime we visit. Also, I'm proud to say I learned to ride a bicycle from right here 😊😊

Lucien was a great guide! Only complaint was that stops for filling up water or grabbing food would have been nice.

(Translated by Google) My family and I chose to do this experience, and even though our native language is Italian, we had a great time, even with the Spanish-speaking guide. We were led around Central Park by Mathias, who was always professional and always smiling, allowing us to fully enjoy the experience, sharing laughter and curiosity. Amazing bike tour, our guide Matthew offered great insight into our nation's history and gave us fun and interesting facts about each monument, site, and building we visited. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to tour the national sites via bike!

(Translated by Google) Matías was our guide during the walk through Central Park. I appreciated his historical knowledge, which made the tour a bit more cultural than just walking through the park. I highly recommend taking a tour with them, and if it's in Spanish, Matías is the best. (Original) Matías fue nuestro guía durante el paseo en central park, me gustó que supiera de historia y poder tener un paseo un poco más cultural que solo atravesar el parque, súper recomendado tomar tour con ellos y si es en español Matías es el bueno

Went to the Haight-Ashbury location after making a reservation in the app (i.e. wasted 1 GoCity pass stamp per person). Their Google maps listing (and also their ads) shows that the place is open, but it's already cleared out / permanently closed. Also paid $1 "card fee" in the app which also showed that it's open. Please avoid making the same mistake as me!
