We had such a great time on the Unlimited Biking Night Tour! Blake was our guide, and he was awesome—knowledgeable, entertaining, and just genuinely fun to spend the evening with. He shared plenty of interesting information along the way without ever making it feel like a history lecture, and he kept the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. We debated between doing a daytime or night tour, and we are SO glad we chose the night experience. Seeing everything lit up after dark gave the tour a completely different atmosphere and made some of the stops feel even more impressive. It was also a really fun way to experience the city without the heat and bustle of the middle of the day. The pace was comfortable, we had plenty of opportunities to enjoy the sights, and Blake did a great job keeping everyone together and making the whole evening fun. This ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. If you’re trying to decide between the daytime and night tours, we absolutely loved seeing everything at night. And if you happen to get Blake as your guide, even better!

One of my best bike rental experiences. I was a walk-in, no reservation. JF was the man. For Americans, he speaks your language. He took the time to explain where to go and how to get there with a map. Equipment was good with handlebar bag and a basket on the back. Overall excellent experience.

Our San Diego guide, Brian, was outstanding on our eight mile pedal thru neighborhoods and historic sites and the gorgeous expanses of Balboa Park. Beautiful day to see & learn things. We rented bikes for a week in Hilton Head The booking and customer service were great. And, we really loved the bikes we got (Specialized hybrid bikes). The reason for 3 stars is the onsite service. The store had no signage, no bikes out front…nothing. We were walking and passed it 3 times. We finally called (which is corporate customer service, not the individual store) and they told us where it was located, but when we found it, the store wasn’t open. Again, no signage, no lights on, but we could see bikes inside. Customer service called the employee who was supposed to be working and about 5 min later he came to open the door (from inside the store). It seemed he was either hungover or high, very disheveled. May have been sleeping and hadn’t opened the store. Anyway, he didn’t have any info and didn't look it up. He asked how many days and what bikes…he just let us take what we said we had rented. Didn’t ask our names, nothing. It was so weird. Then, when we went to turn in the bikes, same thing happened. No one was there. Called corporate again and they said, “he’ll be there in 5 minutes”. A few minutes later he showed up (different employee) in an Uber. He was nice and took our bikes, but again, didn’t ask our name or any info. We just rolled the bikes into the shop and he said that was it. Maybe this is a new franchise location? But, honestly, it was sort of weird and creepy.
