The reservation was easy but the guy who helped us at the rental was very condescending and rude. We asked for more air in a tire and he lectured us on how he was an engineer and we didn’t know any better. There was also something wrong with one of our bikes and the gears wouldn’t shift properly leading to injury. Probably wouldn’t recommend but they are the only place in the area that does this

This place is fantastic! We rented bikes to do our own bike tour of Miami Beach and Linda was super helpful in getting us setup with our bikes and recommending a route as well as cool spots to check out. Bonus points because she speaks French and because the bikes were in splendid condition.

Vaclav's bike tour was the perfect way to see Barcelona! His knowledge of the city were fantastic ( it was reallly interesting to hear more about Catalan independence), and all the spots along the way are amazing (I don't want to spoil the surprises). Definitely recommend taking this tour if you want to learn more about Barcelona rather than simply walking around aimlessly.

We booked the Versailles at night with fireworks tour and it was spectacular! The meeting spot was easy to find and getting out to Versailles was uneventful. The ride through town was brief- albeit scary if your 7 year old child is riding on their own and on a semi-busy street with pedestrians and cars. Otherwise, the ride inside palace grounds was so much fun! Our guide Jesse was magnificent! Full of energy and knowledge- he gave a brilliant tour and we all came away with a little more appreciation for the history and landscape of the palace and last few monarchs who lived there. The evening semi-private tour of Versailles paired with the performances and music were a once in a lifetime experience and then meandering the gardens with the light show and music afterwards was the cherry on top!

Great place to rent a bike! Professional and very friendly customer service - we had only 2 hours and we were given great recommendations for 2-hours trips along with the printed map! Electric bikes in very good condition, great location of the rental office. If we visit San Diego again, for sure we will come back here! Definitely recommend this place!

Had a great experiencing renting bikes for my family! Cat helped us, and she was extremely kind and attentive. She made sure we had enough bike locks and helped us adjust each bike for our heights. Cat also explained how the gears worked and even recommended specific things to check out in Golden Gate Park and SF in general. She was super friendly, definitely would recommend!
