I booked and paid for an activity through Viator. This activity was immediately cancelled, yet after more than 10 days of back and forth, I still haven't received a refund. It's incomprehensible!

Absolutely loved this. We try to do a bike tour on most holidays and this was amazing as usual. Annie lead a great tour with clear instructions and wonderful historical stories. I read that people do this at the start of their holidays, so we took that advice and so glad we did! For the rest of our Paris trip we visited sites and reflected on the history learned from Annie. Highly highly recommend this one.

Such a pleasant experience. Lynda was kind, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She explained the workings of the bike clearly, and she suggested various routes and paths that I may have enjoyed. The bike was perfect and such a smooth ride. The gal who arranged our booking was so friendly and patient answering our questions and fitting us to bikes. We rode north to about 65th where there are public restrooms. We changed into swimsuits for a swim and body surfing while the other half of our group enjoyed the great kids park there. It was almost two when we returned our bikes so it was great that there was all kinds of casual dining right next to the shop. Half of us got tacos, the other half got pizza. Bikes were in good condition.

We had a great time on our hidden Paris tour. Vlad was the best! The company seems to be very well run. Everybody was really nice. We had booked a tour that no one else was on in January via a 3rd party app late at night and when we came in the am even though they weren’t expecting us they got great guide and gave us an amazing tour just the two of us! highly recommend

We had an awesome tour with Ryan today in San Diego. He maneuvered us through the city with experience and ease! We enjoyed his stories about the history and culture of the city. Raul got us all prepared on the bikes upon arriving. Would highly recommend this company!

The history (past and present) of Brooklyn and Manhattan was presented beautifully and with a touch of humor. I learned a lot in those few hours. If you have the choice, I would ask for Glenn. We booked the tour through Go City, the bike store is Unlimited. The reservation was very easy to be completed. And the reply was very quickly. Michael is a good guide. We rode the bike comfortably. Golden bridge is a great place to visit. We like the experience.

I got a bike for cruising around town and out to Ocean Beach. Staff was really helpful and friendly. Great service and recommendations on where to ride and places to stop. I will definitely use again when I am in town.

Lydia our agent was patient and kind and generous as she showed us everything we needed to know about our biking experience. I would definitely go back. They are conveniently located blocks from the boardwalk.
