Bikes are great and in great conditions and mostly all staff is so nice. But the guy outside, we think the oldest one, almost ruinned our experience by beign incredibly rude. We booked 3 equals hybrid biked, and not only recieved different bikes but not hybrid at all. When we tried to talk to him, he refuesed to an open discussion and just said “those are the biked I have”. Not true, we saw many others like the model we wanted. Overall a good experience, almost ruinned by a 3 mins wrong behaviour

(Original) Wir haben eine super Radtour durch New York mit Lynette gemacht. Lynette hat um sicher durch den Verkehr gelotst und wo es ging sind wir auf Radwegen gefahren. So konnten wir ganz viel sehen und waren begeistert. Lynette bekommt 5 Sterne! Die Fahrräder waren auch super (wir haben schon schlechte re Leihräder bekommen).

Wonderful way to see Berlin, and learn about the history and navigate the streets and bike paths, our guide and host , Sam , was engaging, funny and deeply enthusiastic about Berlin and its history . I would recommend it wholeheartedly !!!

When my husband got ill the day of our tour they easily changed our trip to the next day. Our guide Thor was fun, easy to be with and shared his vast knowledge of German history at various stops. He was always considerate of our route and pace. Highly recommended! My one complaint is the loss of the Fat Tire name!
