However, because I hadn't booked in advance, and there was a Piano Flower event on the weekend, there were no e-bikes available. I changed my plans and took the free shuttle bus within the park, visiting designated spots. I rented the e-bike at Fisherman's Wharf to enjoy the coastal scenery. The staff were very helpful, assisting me with finding and booking e-bikes, and helping me download the app—all I needed to do was show the booking QR code. On the day of booking, the staff explained everything clearly, and the process was simple and smooth, allowing me to pick up the bike easily. I recommend using e-bikes if you're heading towards the Golden Gate Bridge, as there are many uphill sections. The route is well-planned, with bike lanes, making it very safe, and even getting onto the Golden Gate Bridge was no problem. We stopped frequently to take photos along the way. Such a fun ride through Central Park with our guide, Dan! He had a great attitude and lots of good trivia about what we saw. I liked having it guided so we would just ride without thinking too hard. Loved the big path that runs around the park and walked our bikes to several points of interest off the path. Dan had fun music cued up reflecting the people in our group and made it a party!

We had an amazing tour with an awesome tour guide Simi. We did the Highlights of Paris 3 hour tour. By the luck of the draw, our tour only had Simi, my husband and I. It was the very best overview of Paris! We did a trip on a boat on the Seine on a different day from a different tour company and there was no narration. So thank goodness we had toured with Simi first and knew which buildings were which. Two notes. First, we originally signed up for regular bikes. They they asked if we wanted to upgrade to electric bikes. I explained in the text or email that we only needed one electric bike. When we arrived they had charged us for two electric bikes and said there was no way to correct that. So if I desired one electric bike and one regular, I would try to call and reserve. The other thing to note, I assumed we would be on a path separate from the road. But mostly we were on the busy Paris streets in a designated bike lane which is right next to the car lane. While I absolutely loved the tour and felt Simi kept us safe, I would probably not have done it had I known that. I think it’s just important to be aware of that. Simi was the very best tour guide and an excellent photographer!
