Rented twice in a row. The second bike was in bad condition — the chain was so loose that it kept jumping off the chainring, which is dangerous if you put your full body weight on the pedals. Shifting barely worked. Worst part: no mudguards when it rains.

Another amazing experience with Fat Tire tours!!! Marika was entertaining and provided an excellent commentary on the history of Rome. Highly recommended for the perfect way to see all the high points of a city in a few hours. Allows you to mark where you might want to return based on the informative info in the tour. I went on the 3.5 hour bike ride with Bob around New York. I was on my own as others in my group went onto do other activities but Bob, Joan and the group were really welcoming. I loved every minute and the knowledge Bob had about the area and his home. It was a beautiful day and we got plenty of pic on the tour and also sent afterwards. It was the highlight of my trip to NY and I loved the freedom of cycling around the city which felt safe with bike lanes etc. Bob took time to explain each area, provide some facts and info and took time to answer any questions. I highly recommend this to anyone!

My 15 yr old daughter and I were on the Secrets of Paris Tour with Fabian. It was excellent ! Fabian showed us some really interesting sights and filled us with info. 3.5 hrs was a good length. 3 could have also been good. But it was nice to stop for coffee and a crepe. I would recommend it to everyone. I feel enriched. Thanks.

We are a family of four from Korea. We joined the 6:30 PM Night Tour with Unlimited Biking on October 11, and it was absolutely wonderful! The sunset view at the Washington Monument was breathtaking. Our young daughter rode on a tag-along bike, and our son was so excited that he briefly went missing — which gave us quite a scare! But our guide handled the situation quickly and calmly, and everything turned out fine. We’re truly grateful to our guide and all the members who joined the tour. The D.C. Night Biking Tour will be one of our most unforgettable memories from our trip to the U.S. Thank you so much!
