The staff at the Brooklyn Bridge location are friendly, patient and very helpful. The bikes were in excellent condition and rode smoothly. We had an amazing ride over the Brooklyn Bridge, through Brooklyn Heights and over to the Red Hook waterfront for the day. It was the perfect way to explore. I highly recommend using Unlimited Biking!
