The bikes aren't brand new, but they do the job for getting around Central Park. At Unlimited Bike, it's a bit of a "factory" and the staff isn't necessarily very helpful or patient (especially when you arrive with young children). WARNING: Be very punctual for your return time. We were less than 10 minutes late returning (lots of traffic with the NYC Marathon setup…) and they wanted to charge us an extra $35 per person!!! After some negotiation, they agreed not to charge us, but it was a close call 😥 Not exactly the best customer service from Unlimited…🚴🏼♀️ (Original) Une belle expérience en famille pour découvrir Central Park. Le prix est un peu élevé pour juste 3h de vélo. Les vélos ne sont pas de première jeunesse mais ça fait l’affaire pour circuiter dans Central Park. Chez Unlimited Bike, c’est un peu « l’usine » et le staff n’est pas forcément très pédagogue ni très patient (surtout quand vous arrivez avec de jeunes enfants). ATTENTION : Soyez très ponctuels sur l’horaire de retour. Nous avions moins de 10min de retard au retour (beaucoup de circulation avec l’installation du Marathon de NYC…) et ils voulaient nous charger 35$/pers en plus !!! Après négociation, ils ont acceptés de ne pas nous faire payer mais c’était limite 😥 pas forcément très commerçant chez Unlimited…🚴🏼♀️
