Have since used another company while in NY and wish we had gone with unlimited again - nicer bikes, decent helmets, better service - certainly in Washington at least - very happy with the whole experience

We had a great experience with Unlimited Bikes. I was a little nervous after reading some reviews which were less than complimentary about the bikes however ours were great; gears and brakes all worked and no problems. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much hassle for them . We had an enjoyable few hours peddling around Central Park. We had to cancel a previous booking then rebook and the process for this was smooth.

This is one and only place to take the bike tour when in Berlin. Maggi is a MUST for a tour guide, knowledgeable - funny - very personable.

Rented 2 bikes the e-bike was fine but the regular men’s bike was poorly maintained could not shift out of small front sprocket and rear cassette completely worn out so chain slipped constantly on every climb. The staff are very good only complaint is the regular men’s bike.

Kevin was a great guy he showed us around Brooklyn parts of Manhattan since you were only two it was more of a private tour, which was very nice in general, I would recommend a tour because it’s active. You see a lot of things.

We have a private bike tour with Daniel and it was amazing! We had such a relaxed experience, nothing felt rushed at all. Daniel was incredibly friendly and shared so much interesting information with us throughout the tour. We also had plenty of free time to walk around and take photos in between, which made it even more enjoyable. Highly recommend — 10/10!

We had a fabulous tour with Dave yesterday. We took the Secrets of Paris tour on e-bikes and discovered gems of the city I do t think I we would have discovered on our own. The knowledge and information shared by our guide added to the experience. You cover a lot of ground on this tour, but the time goes by fast. We left with tips and Dave’s Google list of restaurant recommendations. We’ll be back on a future trip for the Versailles tour on e-bikes that friends recommended and to rent bikes for a ride on our own. This tour got us comfortable with riding the city and venturing beyond.
