The booking experience was flawless. But the bike was poor. There were no shocks left on the bike so i felt every bump. But as far as booking, pick up, adjusting and returns it was flawless.

Awesome ride! The staff without exception were supportive all along the entire experience! Only suggested improvement would be at the rental bike pick up. An additional two work stand and wrenches would help keep up with the backed up line…the three wrenches were doing their best with smiles though. A half dozen “self service” floor pumps would have freed up a staff member scrambling with the air compressor😳

Carla did a great job getting us safely around on our bike tour and teaching us so many interesting things! The view of the city from Brooklyn was amazing and riding across the Brooklyn Bridge was a highlight.

I’ve rented twice now. I found the bikes to be well maintained (except the bells - both times they didn’t work). Smooth shifting, no chain rubbing or any kind of sounds. Helpful staff. I recommend.
