Karl is very knowledgeable with Munich history and gave us a very good lesson from Bavarian history, beer to WWI, WWII and present culture. Being a local himself who is born in Munich gave us a very good insight of Bavarian culture. This is my second time with Fat Tire (first time in Berlin 7 years ago) and I truly appreciate the advantage of bike tour with full unblock view of the city.

Annie was our guide and did an amazing job! Our two teenagers were not overly excited about going, but after we did our tour- they said the Bike Tour was their FAVORITE activity for our entire vacation! It was full of fun and interesting facts - even though it was cold and even a little rainy, our entire family had a fantastic time!

Fat Tire Tours Munich was the BEST start to our holidays. Kevin was incredibly knowledgeable, caring and entertaining. He took us to so many local attractions - highlight was definitely English Garden. We absolutely recommend the tour to anyone visiting Munich - our tour was in December but didn’t feel the cold at all.

The half day bike tour fit perfectly into our schedule. We opted for the electric bikes to help save our legs a little bit. So glad we did since we were able to tour the entire grounds. Marie Antoinette’s hamlet was a hidden gem and my favorite part of the tour. Dave did such a good job at managing people, sharing knowledge, and keeping us on schedule. Next time will visit on a Friday and tour the market before joining the tour.
