Would not do again. Way too many riders per tour. Every tour we passed had a lot of riders as well. And it is low season. Guide did the best she could with a large group. It would be much better if there was audio headphones so the guide could talk while riding. we wasted 30 minutes of tour at the Christmas market. Also the tour was supposed to include a river tour. Which amounted to them giving you a voucher to use later. Went to do the river tour and it had to be a 3 hour line. Complete waste of money. I did this tour years ago and not only did we have audio earphones on the tour but the guide got on the boat with us at the end of the bike portion and continued the tour on the boat. So much better than listening to a distorted audio recording. I would not recommend this tour to anyone

I'm a wheelchair user with a power add-on that got a puncture whilst in London. Alex could not have been more helpful in makkng sure I didn't end up stranded. He offered to look at it and try and fix it for me despite never having worked on wheelchairs before and spent so much time finding a solution so that I could get home safely. I will be forever grateful for his kindness, time and patience in getting me moving again. I would and will recommend this bike shop to anyone who will listen. Thanks Alex!!
