Great experience! Convenient location across the street from the Hilton Gaslamp District. Raul took good care of us and the e-bikes were perfect. We rode them through downtown to Balboa Park then on the ferry to Coronado. Got lucky with the weather in early January. Highly recommended!

Had the worst experience trying to get service. Waited over 25 minutes just to get told that the vouchers I was using were only valid for 1 hour. Better to just rent Lyft bikes. Worst bike rental experience ever. Would not recommend.
