Wow! I have to say first! Greated with a smile and a big hello. Raheel took us outside and showed us how to work the e-bikes since we had no idea. So easy! It was so fun! What a way to see San Diego! The bikes were so nice and worked so well! Thank you Raheel for a great morning out. Saw things we would never see. I recommend Unlimited Biking. The Best Service. Very impressed. The best way to explore San Diego is by bike – cycling in and around the city is very easy and safe! The bikes from Unlimited Biking are in excellent condition, and Raul, the shop owner, is very friendly and gives great tips on excursions and cycling routes. We cycled all the way around Coronado Island and had a wonderful day, seeing so much of the city in one day that we never would have managed on foot. It's definitely worth it!!

The tour itself was fine and covered a lot of ground. Because it effectively combined two tours into one, stops were quick with minimal commentary in order to keep moving. We'd booked two bike tours on consecutive days. The issue arose because our guide recommended that we cancel the following day’s tour before the first day's tour even started. We were told: - We were the only participants on both days - Snow was forecast - All locations could be covered in one tour - He told the other staff member at the bike shop to arrange the cancellation before we set off on our tour We relied on this advice in good faith. At no point were we told that cancelling would forfeit our right to a refund. Had that been explained, we would have kept the booking exactly as it was so not to be rushed on the first tour. Despite this being a staff-directed change (not customer-initiated), management later refused a refund and instead offered an open-ended credit. This is not reasonable for international travellers from Australia with no planned future trips to Unlimited Biking locations. This was not about trying to cancel or avoid the second tour — it was about following staff advice and then being penalised for it. A little accountability and common-sense customer care would have resolved this easily.
