Dan was excellent!! Really great tour, saw loads of sights and got a great detail on the park, it's history, famous landmarks and buildings. Fun tour and even got the chance to see Dan play the guitar and do some singing - Beatles fan and right up with the tour Brits. Highly recommended.

An amazing biking tour! After some days of exploring NYC by foot, it's great to do some biking. And doing it with Chuck was brilliant! In 2 hours you'll see all the highlights of Central Park with great stories. The bikes are solid and in good condition, checking in and out seamless. Much recommended!

BEWARE!!!!!! My husband rented two e bikes today from your San Francisco location. Unfortunately during their rental one of the tires became flat, when they called in to receive the “personal ride out with a new bike” promised during the rental process they were met with disgustingly unhelpful attitude from Ramirez. Ramirez provided the wrong address to my husband on where he could meet at another bike shop to get a replacement, when calling back was told a different address this time that was now over a 1 hr walk away. My husband was told he could order an uber but it would need to be an XL one to fit two bikes. He did not offer to help at all with this process! When my husband mentioned how incomvenient that would be to at this point have to put out additional income and that he would want a refund when he arrived, Ramirez hung up on him. I called in and asked to speak to a manager and Ramirez told me to send an email. I informed him that I have two of his rentals due by 5pm and a manager would need to call me before then to address this issue he asked my name and stated one would call me when available. This is the worst experience and money grab I have experienced, also the nastiest disgraceful customer service from Ramirez. I want an immediate refund of all monies spent ($99). This was not only unsafe and unpleasant but also there was not an ounce of care for the customer and the danger YOU placed them in. We should have known- apparently this same location has a NASTY habit of this exact thing. Renting unsafe bikes, causing you to get a flat and threatening you with having to replace it & leaving you stranded no matter how far you are! I am STILL waiting on a manager to call. I have already submitted a ticket/email on the website.

We booked the manhattan and brooklyn tour by bike (2u). We were accompagnied by Glenn, a belgian guide in NY. We had a delightfull tour, saw many things, learned many things about ny. We higly recommend Glenn! Bikes also were very good.

My fiance booked ebikes for Valentine’s Day this year and it was so much fun! I was a little nervous since it was my first time on an ebike while my fiance rides motorcylces. But I had the best time. It was easy to rent the bikes for the whole day and pick up them up in downtown. The rental comes with helmets, locks for the bikes and a pouch to but belongings. There is a $10 parking lot nearby which is where we left our car. We ended up biking all over San Diego. We started in Balboa Park then went to North Park for lunch and rode through Hillcrest, then back to downtown to ride around the Waterfront. We definitely would love to do it again.
