We had a fantastic bicycle tour! Our local guide Manuel from Florence was both very knowledgeable of the history of Florence and very engaging! The tour was relaxed, but also we covered alot of places to see! Would definitely recommend.

Overall good experience Ease of pickup. If you search for a discount code , very reasonable rent , bikes were in ok condition. A few suggestions - please try and include a phone holder on the handlebars. Please make sure your team adjusts and tightens bell, gear selector and mechanism (these were loose and temperamental during my very long bike ride) Please please install a more supportive bike seat - these ones are too hard for anything more than a light loop

This is a MUST DO bike ride. We had a fantastic time and saw many monuments that we just would not have otherwise, due to the accessibility and parking. Everything glows so nicely through the sunset and into the evening. Our guide, Joe, was super awesome and knowledgeable about the whole city and provided a great time! I would highly recommend this outing AND Joe!!

Faultless. Booked through Go City which I would highly recommend. The whole process was easy. I accidentally booked the wrong day and time but UB swiftly made the change when I emailed them. The bike was excellent, in great condition and the staff in the shop were very helpful. Would do this again for sure.

We had an excellent and fun day with Alex. He showed us many beautiful and interesting things and knows a lot about backgrounds and history. He give us all the time and freedom to stay as long as we wanted wherever we wanted. As a surprise he took us to the national historic museum where we could take a photo with the world cup which was there just one day. Thank you Alex for the wonderful day!
