The service and equipment are 5 stars, not sure why they only get 4.9 stars? No kidding! Shayla and one tour guide that I met are very warm, friendly and helpful. Shayla will help you, advise you and be nice doing it. Something not always available in a beach and tourist environment. Being a long time Miami resident I was very happy to find Unlimited Biking and will be frequenting it often. Highly recommended.

We had a great time with Unlimited Biking and our guide, Andrea! Our family of 6 (children ages 12-20) enjoyed touring around Paris and learning history and fun tidbits about the city. We would highly recommend Unlimited Biking to anyone visiting Paris.

The tour was awesome we got to see so many famous monuments and buildings. Greg was our guide, he was amazing at explaining and a joy to be around. Definitely recommend if you are in Washington DC.

We did the monuments tour with Fabian. I can’t recommend it enough. He was always happy to answer any of our questions and his knowledge of French history was incredible. Highly recommended.

I had a great rental with Unlimited Biking. The rental was much cheaper than most of the other places I looked at, and they included the helmet, lock, and since I rented for 48hrs, a charger too. They were very friendly and got me on my way in no time. Drop off was very easy as well. Just parked it with their mechanic who was servicing a bike and that was it. The electric bike I rented as a Velotric and it worked great. I took it up and down the beach front and around town and had no issues. It was a nice ride. I recommend checking them out if you need to rent a bike in the Santa Monica area.

Excellent tour! Dan was a wealth of encyclopedic knowledge, but more importantly was funny, engaged, interesting, responsive, relaxed, and seemed genuinely invested in the group thoroughly enjoying ourselves- which we did! Learned a lot and had a great time!

Thor was fantastic and knew his stuff.Great 3 hour cycle with all the sites.I would recommend bikes over walks as you see more and travel more and have more of a buzz on the bike. There were 15 people and 2 gave tips at the end.Thsee guys earn there money and think they should be tipped but thats my opinion.

Liviana did an incredible job of navigating our family through Rome to see so many of the historical sites in the area. Our kids are ages 7, 11, 15, an 17. She did a great job of answering all of our questions and keeping us safe through the crowded Roman streets. We loved how knowledgeable she was about each area. It has been our favorite tour in Rome!
