We have rented bikes and e-bikes in many places across the country and have had a lot of great experiences but Raul and his staff made our experience stress free and fun. From arrival to checkout it was a BREEZE!

Could not ask for friendlier staff. They set us up with solid bikes and gave us great directions for. Perfect ride around the canal. Taking a relaxing bike ride and chilling in the park made our afternoon in Versaille.

Everything worked flawlessly with the reservation, and there was no waiting time on the day of pickup. I rented a city bike for three days and was completely satisfied. The bike (SPECIALIZED Sirrus) was in excellent, mint condition. It was fantastic to explore all the sights and the city by bike. You get to see so much in a relatively short amount of time. I rented one of their nice road bike to compete in the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon. The staff was accommodating and helpful with setting up the bike for me to race with. Drop off afterwards was a quick process.

We had a tour with Marcus and Unlimited Biking on June 7. This was our first time in DC we thought the tour would give us an overview of all the highlights around the National Mall. And this was absolutely the case. We moved at a steady pace throughout the tour with time at each of the listed points of interest. Marcus had prepared material for each of the sites giving us a greater depth of understanding of the importance and meaning of each. For example, the Vietnam Veterans Memorial collects tributes that are left by people honouring the fallen and some of the examples Marcus shared were very moving. I should also mention we arrived a little late and the operation to get us equipped and on the road was slick. We would not hesitate to do this again if we get another chance to come to DC.
