This was a great way to see the English gardens. The equipment was well cared for and worked like new. The guide was helpful and quickly got us on the road. I recommend Unlimited bikes for your visit to Munich.

We had a good experience overall, however the gentleman checking out the bikes was extremely rude. Only other down fall to this booking was three of the bikes had small skinny type seats and was very uncomfortable for someone who is not use to riding a street bike. We booked the bicycles that were more cruise type bikes.

What an amazing day for our family! We have two kids, 9 & 11 years old, and they absolutely loved this full day of adventuring in Versailles! Going thru the local market and immersing more readily in the local French culture, and then the amazing grounds we biked around with Bart as the most amazing tour guide, was truly incredible! We all agreed it was one of our favorite days of our entire trip! Highly recommend if you have a full day to give to this tour! It’s a delightful day!

Overall a solid experience but there is no way a single employee should be left to attend to the lines of customers no matter how hard they are hustling. Especially on a weekend. This is 100% on management/ownership.

The highlight of our trip. Adrian (and Matt) were great guides. Our whole family (group of 11 ages 8-52) all enjoyed it so much. Adrian had great energy, lots of knowledge to share with us including niche tidbits, and was very skilled at navigating the bike lanes the traffic lights. We felt very safe and well taken care of and had lots of fun biking all over DC. our kids were ready to do it again after lunch! We can't believe how much we got to see in 2 hours. Also, the bikes were good quality and the check in / return process was seemless.
