My tour guide, Dan, was amazing, he played music as we road and when my dad's bike chain came off, Dan went back to help him out. He also stopped to sing for us and he had the voice of an angel.

Andre was awesome. He made the history of Paris fun but could also dive deep on specific topics. I felt very safe cycling on the route we took even when he had to guide us around an event at one of the monuments. The highlight was a secluded grassy park overlooking Le Louvre where Andre told us about the Heist. I give him an 8 out of 8. 100% recommend!

Wish I could give 0 stars I booked this location on ClassPass based on the address listed, as it was within walking distance from my hotel. I called at 2:24 PM on Wednesday, March 25th to inform them I would be making a 3 PM reservation via ClassPass. At no point did the employee mention that the address on ClassPass was outdated. When I arrived at the listed address at 2:54 PM and didn’t see the business, I called back. That’s when I was told they had moved six months ago, with a dismissive, “too bad, so sad” attitude. I was informed that the new location was a 12–15 minute DRIVE away—unhelpful since I had walked from my hotel specifically based on the address provided. The situation was made worse by the employee’s condescending and audacious behavior. He told me he didn’t care about the inconvenience, invited me to leave a negative review, and then hung up when I asked for his name. This experience was extremely frustrating and entirely avoidable. There’s no way I’m the first person in 6 months to bring this error to their attention. Even if I were in the area of their new location in the future, I would not book with this business.
