I am a longtime resident of the DMV and over the past 15+ years I have done the bike tour of the monuments multiple times with guests and family visiting from out of town. I can say without hesitation that our guide Marcus was the best I’ve ever had for this tour. He was extremely knowledgeable, had great visual aids, and offered interesting anecdotes to bring to life the history, background and architecture of Washington, DC. I was particularly impressed by Marcus’ conscientiousness and patience in dealing with certain members of the group, including my own brother who at one point wasn’t paying attention, took a wrong turn, and ended up getting lost. Marcus handled the situation calmly and professionally, and he quickly got the group back on track. In another case, when a member of the group asked endless questions, consistently failed to return to each meeting spot at the agreed upon time, and then complained about what he thought was unreasonably short stops at each monument (it was NOT AT ALL unreasonable given the multiple sites being visited during the three hours allotted for the tour), Marcus again responded calmly and professionally and adjusted as best he could to address everyone’s needs. Many thanks for an excellent tour, Marcus. My brother and his wife said it was the highlight of their visit to Washington, DC!

Took a group bike tour to Central Park and Dan was full of energy , explained every detail of the park , was sweet in offering to take photos of our respective groups, was extra careful of senior citizens which was sweet and we had a great time . Totally recommended as this is possibly the only way to cover the whole park in 2 hours !

We were a little late showing up due to metro station closures and they were very accommodating. They dispatched JF to catch us up with the group. Eric was a very good guide, he lost no one, and was very informative. The E-bikes were great tho somewhat unnecessary as it was all pretty flat. Riding on the cobblestone was not the best but it is a very small part of the ride.

We were very lucky to have a personalised tour with Charlie who was very friendly and welcoming! Riding the e-bikes is so much fun and makes the tour less strenuous for us “not so young” riders. We loved the route and Charlie gave us some great tips for afterwards in Brooklyn… Luke’s Lobsters amazing lobster rolls and the ice creamery across the road. We then hopped on the Ferry back to 34th East near the UN for a relaxed trip back to our Airbnb!!

Brian was a wonderful guide! He kept everyone safe while giving us an incredible, thorough tour along the Seaport, through Little Italy, downtown and Balboa Park. The bikes were easy to operate and very easy to ride. The group had such a great time!

My mom and I had such a lovely day at Versailles with Annie as our guide! It’s a long day, but well worth the price for all that you see on this tour. Annie was so fun and provided a great overview of the history and timed the whole day perfectly. Seeing Versailles on bike is the best way to do it!
