The lady that runs this showed up 12 minutes late for her shift and we waited outside after the business should be open. They say they open at 8am but they arrive at 8:15. Very bad service and we eventually ended up not being able to get the bikes we had ordered online because they could not assist us at all :(

If you the go city doesn’t tell you that you need to make a reservation. Which is not the company fault but then the attendant told us to make a reservations through their app and that we have to wait which was understandable. However the unlimited biking app gave us a reservation within that time but no bikes were available and didn’t let us make any different reservations. The guy couldn’t even give us a time frame or any assistance and when asked to cancel it he was confused for no reason even after showing him what the their app was saying. The. Proceed to just walk away from without acknowledging if he actually canceled it or not.
