My friend came for the 5 Boro bike ride. Poor staff was so unprepared. Her pedal fell off, brakes rubbed and tires not fully inflated. We were fortunate to get to trade bikes and only missed 1/4 of the ride. Others from around the country never did get their bikes. Feel badly for the poor staff and disappointed customers

We LOVED our night tour of Paris with Fat Tire! Sunset tour for 4 hours ending with a boat cruise is a great way to get acquainted with the city at golden hour on your first day in the city. Our guide Bianca was so enthusiastic and awesome too! Make sure to dress more warmly than you think you'll need to because it gets cold!

Night tour was educational and beautiful but there were a few tricky or very crowded areas. Be aware certain monuments (ex: fdr) have poor lighting at night so photos are sometimes impossible.

They are very friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed the cycling tour, and the tour guide, Paul, gave us a first class experience. Half-way through the tour I found out that ours was his very first tour to lead, but he was so competent and informative that you'd think he had been doing it for years - and very good historical perspectives too. I will be back to take their second tour again. Five stars and thank you.
