We booked online. Couldn't find the location. We called to ask for directions and someone in NY answered and couldn't help us with directions even though we were at 37 New Orleans plaza address. We then got email saying they were closing early on Easter weekend. I asked to cancel or reservation and then got email saying they were in fact open after we returned back to our hotel.

We had a great bike tour from 10 to 1 - lucked out with the spring weather, as it was cloudy in the morning and then the sun came out for the final hour. Benham was a wonderful and knowledgeable tour guide who made the bike tour fun for my 9 and 11 year old. We got to see the sites along the mall in an engaging way. I highly recommend this tour when traveling with kids in DC.
