Per my teenage son, it was "awesome!" He said that he would give it "6 out of 5 stars!" My husband and I joined him on the 2-hour segway tour that we chose. We loved it and thought it was worth every cent. We had a wonderful, fun guide who really knew English well, including slang to be able to make some great jokes, and make some of the things we saw on the tour really relatable. Our guide also watched us carefully for the duration of the tour and pointed out any obstacles as we approached them, to make sure that we cleared them with the segway wheels. This was my husband's first segway ride, but my son and I had done it once before, in Prague. We had a super experience in Prague, and this tour in Rome was equally fantastic! We are glad that we did it, and would not hesitate to do another tour with this company, if we ever find ourselves back in Rome!

Wouldn’t go anywhere else! These bikes are the best! They have new cannondale bikes and the seats are super comfy especially on a long ride lol. The staff is super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They also have a swift check in and return process. It’s right next to the Brooklyn Bridge too so it’s super convenient if you’re planning on taking the tour.

we did this trip when we came to DC a few months ago. Riding a bike around Dc was a great way to see all the monuments and things without having to sit on a bus or walk around. The guide was very knowledgeable and told us many interesting facts at each stop. He was very cautious to wait for the entire group as there where people who were fast and some that where much slower on the bikes. I would say that the bike do need some care. They where not the worst but you could tell they are used as work horses and not really fully maintained.

The best part of my trip in Rome! It was such a wonderful way to see the city and be told the history. Marco was brilliant! I highly recommend doing this above anything else your first day to get your bearings of the city.

We were a bit concerned about the heat and the prospect of 4 hours cycling - but we needn't have. The guide kept the route in the shade for much of the time, and the pace was very relaxed. We experienced more of Barcelona in a few hours of easy riding than the 8 hour slog on foot the day before! Can recommend.

Potsdam tour by Daniel was excellent. Bikes were in top condition. Relaxing and fascinating way to learn about Berlin. I really enjoyed the social atmosphere also. Daniel is very friendly and inclusive. I learned a lot of history about Potsdam and the old monarchy. I would definitely do it again on one of the other tours the next time I am in Berlin.

We have rented a tandem from Brookly Bridge Bike Rental about 5 times over the past year or so, and generally it's been a fine experience. A good rental price and the bike has been served us pretty well. Once the bike chain was a little janky & fell off, so my husband had to do some rigging while we were out riding to fix it, and all was fine afterward. What prompted me to write this review, however, was our most recent experience this past weekend (7/28). We rented the tandem for a half day & upon returning the bike, my husband was given someone else's driver's license (they require you to leave an ID with them at the store until you return the bike. I've always had an issue with this policy, as it means, you're left without an ID all day. Why not just ask for a refundable deposit on the bike?) Anyway, upon realizing he had the someone else's ID, it was too late and the bike shop was closed. The next day, we went back to the shop & my husband explained the situation to the attendant. The guy at the counter initially was refusing to give him the correct ID b/c my husband didn't have proof of the returned bike. After a couple minutes of my husband explaining the obvious error & that his ID was in the cash register, the attendant finally relented & exchanged the ID's. It was a hassle & could've been a much worse situation if we were flying out that day or if the other guy were in desperate need of his ID. What if my husband's ID had been given to some other person? We would have no way of contacting that person (or even knowing who might mistakenly have it) because they don't take your contact information when you rent the bikes. Decent bike rental place but the ID policy is unnecessary & easily mishandled.

Thanks for great trip. Very helful trainer. Worth trying and spending time on segway tour. Could make a little longer duration trip for segway.

Staff were friendly and happy to help. Initial service may have been a bit rushed has we weren’t explained any of the bikes brakes/moving parts etc we know how to ride but still) Bike lock, basket and helmet are provided which is a bonus and there is a small $2 ish insurance you can cover the bike with. They are situated a few blocked back from Central Park which just means you need to walk the bike (if you don’t want to ride on the road) through a few crowds but otherwise easy as. We used this company as part of the NYC Pass which allows an included all day rental
