Good for bikes, not tour guides, I got my Berlin Card from them without the booklet, that missing booklet ruined my entire schedule.

This is the most awesome way to view the major monuments on the mall! Cool and relaxing, and you see so much in such a short time. Our two guides were great! They even helped me with the metro after the tour.

My husband was a tad bit hesitant about taking a bike ride in the middle of the day during August, but his mind quickly changed. Because we have a 9-year-old and 6-year-old, we knew we couldn't walk the national mall without lots of whining and drama. This is the solution if you have young kids! We had a fabulous overview of all the monuments and important landmarks without spending too much time at any one location. Rob was a great guide and made sure that safety was his top priority. He knew tons of interesting information that Google can't tell you. My son, who is a baseball fanatic, enjoyed this tour more than the two Nationals games he attended the day before. Now that is saying something!

I love this place! They have nice equipment and a friendly staff. Troy was very helpful in directing me to the Anacostia Riverwalk trail at Nats Park.

Pretty good as a cycling tour. I definitely suggest the night tour during summer as the heat during day is unbearable. Although I can suggest a few improvements. There can be a detailed plan on how to find transportation safely considering the tour ends at 9:30 pm. For those who dont know, you can board a shuttle from the district wharf to the national museum from where its easy to catch a cab/Lyft back to your hotel.

Great bike rental for our family of 4 last saturday. Quick check in, all inclusive (helmet, locker, map), very good bikes for my daughters aged 10 and 12 and a nice « bike for 2 » ( don’t remember the name, something like « long bike ») for me and the youngest aged 6. Many thanks to the great staff for warm welcoming and taking care of everything to that we really enjoyed our rental. Even if the weather was quite changing, it was pure pleasure to bike on our own in Central Park. We will come back. Sebastien (from France)

We (my son Anton, my wife Elly and I) did the Segway Tour of Rome on Sunday, August 5th 2018. It was our first Segway experience and we were a little worried that learning to ride will take time. It took no time at all! After 10-15 mins were zooming around, maneuvering between crowds of pedestrians and getting from one landmark to another super quickly. Bob, our guide was amazing - super knowledgeable, fun, funny, patient, and attentive. We covered close to 12 km and saw a lot. It was definitely, one of the best experiences we had in Rome. The tour lasted about 3-4 hours but we managed to see more than we could see in a day if we were walking. Plus riding a Segway is a blast! Thank you guys, you were fantastic!
