Even the staff at the office is super helpful. They also came to receive us when our GPS started acting weird and we were not finding the office. We had a GREAT time with Cam T on our Bike and Roll through DC and viewing all the memorials. Cam T was full of unique and interesting tid-bits abouts about each of the memorials. My wife grew up in DC and hadn't heard many, if not most, of the fun items Cam T shared with us. He was attentive to time and to the memorials themselves. He was great with hand signals and super friendly. The ride was all flat except one small incline over a bridge. We road on the sidewalk pretty much the full time. It was a solid 3 hours because we were in and out of each memorial when Cam T told us we had to be. We highly recommend this and if you can get Cam T, even better!

We did this bike tour this morning (Berlin's highlight tour) with Sam, from the UK, our guide. We booked online the night before, and were given easy to read instructions via email. Meeting point was easy to find. I rarely do tours, and most of the time find them boring and hard to pay attention to. Sam did an excellent job providing enough information at each site, answering questions, and explaining history in an easy to understand fashion (even making a diagram with chalk for us!)!! This was our first activity in Berlin and a wonderful intro to the city!! The bike equipment was new and safe; helmets are optional but I chose to wear one; and Sam kept our safety in mind at all times!! Thank you Sam!
