This place is great! We have to give a shoutout to our boy Alex. Alex was very helpful, friendly, and kind. He gave us the exact information we needed and was very accommodating to our needs. Not to mention he wasn't pushy like a lot of salesman are. My wife and I went here while we were on vacation and it was just what we needed to get around San Fran. The prices for all day rentals were also better than anywhere else we could find! Totally recommend it.

The day and night bike tours are spectacular. They have an 8-hour tour of Versailles, and you think, "Wow! What a drag!" There's a guide from the Canary Islands who's amazing and another from Seville who's incredible. Pero nada más lejos de la realidad, se pasan volando y la mejor manera de ver ese lugar. Te informan de todo y si eres enrollado hasta puedes ir a festejar con los guías. Hay un guía canario que es impresionante y otro de Sevilla que agüita. Casi nadie es de París, pero eso lo hace aún mejor porque son guías muy vocacionales e inmejorables.

Great experience renting bikes. Staff was extremely helpful and offered to provide assistance with helping me get my son comfortable with his first time on a bike.

We had a very positive experience with Bike and Roll DC. The staff was friendly and helped us set up our bikes. A helmet and lock provided at no extra cost. We rented for 24hrs to return the next day. Great way to travel within National Mall and between all the monuments. Here’s a shot of Huckleberry by the obelisk.

We went on this bike tour about a week ago and it was such a perfect way to get to know Barcelona in a short period of time. Gemma was our guide and was absolutely fantastic. She did a wonderful job explaining everything, making sure that we all were comfortable on the bikes and bike paths, managing the group and time and was just an overall delight. Definitely ask for Gemma when going on the tour because she is the epitome of a perfect guide.

Patricia was our guide during our Segway tour of Rome. She was very knowledgeable about the history of the city and provided a great depth of knowledge about many of the city’s ruins. I would not hesitate to take another tour with this company, they were great to work with and the process of booking the tour couldn’t be easier.

My boyfriend and I took a Segway tour (somewhat ironically signed up, we always thought people riding them looked kinda silly) but truly, our tour exceeded our expectations! Our tour guide, Connor, was incredible and had an endless amount of info about each of our stops on the tour. Couldn’t stop smiling like an idiot while I was on the Segway, it really feels safe and not too difficult to maneuver. We had one lady in our group who was around 70 years old and she was taking names on her Segway!! Would refer this company to friends/family/anyone who wants a fast way to get around DC and be a tourist for 2.5 hrs
