Rented 2 e-bikes for 3 hours from Santa Monica, service was fantastic with lots of helpful tips. Bikes were excellent quality, and rode perfectly. We had plenty of time to ride along the beachfront, and they were very flexible if we needed more time. Very professional team, thoroughly recommend using them.

Both gentlemen were great before, during and after the booking process. HOWEVER, the seats on the bikes are beyond terrible. Within a minute of sitting down, the bones in your ass start hurting. Next day, sore as hell. Would not rent again unless they get new seats. Spend some money and upgrade those things...
