Sorry aber was für ein drecksladen. Würde ich nicht empfehlen, da kann man auch wo anders hin gehen.

I have been also to same business in Berlin and they have we were very satisfied with our tour!! the bikes are good and easy to ride they offer ear equipment to hear the guide during bicycling. We enjoy our tour guide (Lucila if we remember correct) that was speaking very nice English, was funny and help us a lot to understand a big part of the history of Rome. We totally recommend the tour especially if is your first time in rome!!! big thanks guys for your nice tour!!

On our last day in NYC, my wife and I thought it would be fun to bike around Central Park. We only had a few hours left, and saw the positive reviews here, plus we had a discount from the Big Bus tour. We went to get tandem bikes, and waited in line for ~20 minutes. They then didn't know if they had tandem bikes and it took 10 minutes or so to sort out that they DID have the tandem bikes. Hurray for us. However, when we went outside, we had to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to GET the bike, and then it turns out it doesn't work! It took an additional 30 minutes to RETURN the bike, that didn't even work to begin with (we didn't even get to take it off the lot, as the petals didn't work). Once we went to return it, they told us that they can't process refunds, even though we didn't use it. We instead have to contact some email address and go through a whole other process. Luckily they indeed are refunding the money! I don't understand why there is such a high rating for this place as it's incredibly busy, and the rude people at Central Park were actually a better experience since they give you a bike in 5 minutes without hassle for taking it out or returning.

My family and I really enjoyed the tour through the historic city Centre of Rome. Marcello was a very knowledgeable guide, telling a lot about historic and contemporary Rome. The bike tour was exactly the right length for us, with plenty of stops for foto’s and some peeks inside churches and around squares.

Great bike tour! Very well organized with excellent equipment. The perfect balance between biking and stopping for history lessons (and picture taking!). Highly recommend. We were in a larger group -- there were two guides--one at the front and one at the back, so it worked out really well.

Had a three hour ride in San Francisco with our excellent guide Jean-Pierre. It was a great tour with a lot of interesting informations. We can recommend the tour, it was great to became a first impression of the city. It was a small group of 7 and we had our kids (11yo and 14yo) with us. Enjoyed it very much.

Somehow we were able to book a tour through a travel website, even though they weren't operating at the time. Fat tires called me by phone from Spain to let us know, in English, which we were very grateful for and saved us a wasted morning.
