We did a 3 hour Fat Tire tour yesterday of Berlin. It was the highlight of our holiday. Sam was an amazing tour guide, with outstanding knowledge and clearly explained everything, even making us all laugh on multiple occasions. A fantastically interesting tour. Would highly recommend. The cycling is great fun and not too intense.

Pretty ride, knowledgeable guide - good times. We probably just could have rented citi bikes and managed the ride, but it was nice to have a pro that could point the way and make sure we were not going to get in anybody’s way - and we definitely learned a bit more about NYC than if we would have done it ourselves.

After paying and extra charges for insurance and or eBike and taking the bikes for 5 instead of 4 hours …. They had no bike and the waiting time in the shop has been incredible 60 min !!! Lousy over promised service.

We did the Central Park walking tour organized by Unlimited Biking. The tour was more like a power walk with a nonstop monotone commentary. It was difficult to keep up to the guide even for a fast and fit walker. There was hardly time to catch your breath let alone snap pictures. Get a guide book for Central Park and take a leisurely walk instead.

We had an amazing experience during the Central Park bike tour here! Our tour guide Samantha is a super enthusiastic narrator, who really knows her stuff and is fun to listen to! She showed us spots of the park we definitely would not have discovered ourselves and had some very interesting stuff to tell about the park and the city! I highly recommend this tour, it was more than worth it!

It was a great experience riding through Central Park. Starting with the ride though, the guide should tell us more about the gears and how to change them. Also, if there are children under 12, they should have a separate tour for people with them. We were lagging so behind. The guide (Samantha) was so great though and made sure we were ok, but it would be better to have a slower tour for children or less experienced riders in NYC.

I made the mistake of booking a different bike rental company down the block from Unlimited Biking a few days ago. That other company provided a shoddy service compared to the great service at Unlimited! The bikes were clearly better cared for, the assistants took the time to check the bike for any problems before letting me leave, and they were friendly and attentive. I'll only rent bikes from them from now on!

Great experience. Very easy to book and were flexible with our reservation when bad weather came. We rented 4 bikes and a tag-along (3rd wheel for a child), and they included helmets for all and a lock. Would totally book with them again.
