We took a two hour guided Segway tour of Milan historical centre, Nadia was our guide and she was very friendly, spoke perfect English and had a great depth of knowledge of the history of the landmarks we saw. We would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see the sights in a different way, safely on wheels. Grazie Nadia!!

Group of 40/50-something desk jockey friends in average physical condition took the Mount Vernon tour (bike there, boat back) on a Sunday with perfect weather (low 80's no humidity no clouds). Arrived at the bike shop a little after 8:30 and the attendant was still getting ready and asked to give him 10 more minutes. He was very friendly and got us all situated with our bikes, locks, and optional helmets. Turns out the bike quality was a mixed bag. We rented 5 bikes and had problems with 3 (loud skreeching brakes, chain kept slipping off, gear shift would not change) - some of our group regularly ride and rent bikes and said these were a little below average. No written directions but he described a few times and it is all relatively straight forward and hard to imagine getting lost. All but the first 5 minutes are on a dedicated bike path with great shade and limited incline. We all biked pretty steady with only 3-4 stops of 2-3 minutes at a time for water break. The are only 2 bathroom stops and mostly in the first half of the ride. I would say the trail is easy but it is a little long if you are not in reasonable condition. It took us a little over 2-hours at a decent clip and we had pre-reserved a 12:30 time for the mansion (don't bother with reserving) and then our boat returned back at 2PM. So you have very little time in Mt. Vernon and really MUST leave right as they open to even have the most basic of visit. Overall, we all loved the experience and Mt. Vernon and would recommend this to everyone, but just keep an eye on the bikes.

Way understaffed and ran out of regular sized adult bikes by 10am on a Saturday morning. How do you run out of bikes when bikes are pre booked and you know how many you need?? Further they only had two staff in the whole store and about 50 people in line waiting to sign in or waiting to get their bikes. Rather than telling people they were out of bikes and waiting for a truck of new bikes to arrive, they left us all standing there waiting and wondering what was taking so long. After 45minutes of waiting we got frustrated and asked for a refund. They couldn’t even offer us that …and now I have to email the management and hope I get my money back. What a waste of our precious vacation time!! Very poorly run establishment. Rent somewhere else!

Our family had a great time on the 3 hour monuments bike tour. Joe was a great guide. Very knowledgeable and kept an eye on my 8 and 10 year olds. It’s an easy and safe ride that gets you to the top sites. Highly recommended.

Great tour from Artie. Made history fun for our 11 year old who said (embarrassing quote) "I wish every teacher had his enthusiasm" . It was a fantastic 3 hours and we could have done more.

Enjoyed the Monuments and Memorials Bike Tour w our tour guide David. Truly a great guide w the right balance of being informative, friendly, funny and able to manage the different people across the tour group. Definitely a fun and informative way to see the monuments & a few extras like the WH from across the street and Capitol.

Excellent tour through Berlin. Our guide was knowledgeable, interesting, and fun. Went with two kids, ages 16 and 13, and they also really enjoyed it. The bicycles were also in very good condition and were easy to ride for the 3 hours of the tour.

Easy to book, bikes were decent and worked as expected. Staff was a little less than helpful but we got what we needed from them. The store closed at 7, not 8 like the confirmation and website said which was a shame because we were rushed to get everywhere we wanted. They do supply a bike map but aren’t very helpful in providing any guidance if you are looking to do a big day trip so do your own research ahead of time and be prepared to use Google maps.
